Do I need any special equipment?

Nope! Not even a yoga mat - you can just use your floor. Might want at least a bath towel to give you a little cushion / protection.

How long do I have access to the material?

Forever! Since the course is digital it will remain in your course offerings section. These are good lessons to come back to at any time.
