At the heart of our program lies Myofascial Release

Your whole body is encased in fascia. With repetitive movements our fascia can become bunched up & entangled. Getting bunched in & tense in one area will affect another area. For example, a fascia knot in your upper back can affect your lower back & down to your feet.

If you’re looking to increase your flexibility...

Yin yoga is up to help with your flexibility.

In yin yoga we hold poses for longer periods of time - 2-5 minutes or more. By relaxing into the pose, you will be releasing tension and increasing your flexibility. When your body is more flexible, every day activities are less painful.

FAQs

I'm not flexible enough.

Yoga is not just for the ultra flexible! Anyone can do yoga, regardless of their flexibility. Poses can be modified to fit your body. Plus, your flexibility will incease the longer you practice!

I don't have time.

It can be hard to find time for yourself. I get it! Online yoga programs offer you flexibility to practice when you want & where you want. Twenty mintues a day takes your practice so far!

I don't have the right equpiment.

Yes, this yoga program calls for props. Even if your don't have them, you can always use items you already own instead. We have a free download to give you some ideas to get started.

I'm still having problems with the poses.

I'm here for you in our Facebook group as well as everyone else in the True to You Yoga family. Get your questions answered in our private group. Submit photos for help with your poses. Whatever you need, we're here to support you!
